Cancellation Policy
Welcome to VGlow Beauty! ✨
Please read all policies before booking:
• A non-refundable deposit of $21 is required to secure your appointment. No deposit, no appointment.
• Please arrive with your hair clean, detangled, and ready for your service.
• Wigs must be dropped off at least 2 days before your appointment. Wig washing is not included in the installation service.
• There is a 15-minute grace period. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
• No additional guests or children are allowed.
• The remaining balance can be paid by cash or Zelle.
• Please text me when you arrive so I can open the door for you.
